For a one-time fee of $35.00, and a minimum
order of 18 certificates - 6 of any 3 8x10 styles, we will personalize
the certificates with your Name, Title, and State in a beautiful
decorative font to match the certificate. Subsequent certificate
orders will have your Name, Title, and State personalized at no
additional charge - minimum order of 6 certificates in any one 8x10
style. Order this service following the three steps below:
STEP 2 Type your Name Title and
State in the box below exactly as you wish
for it to appear on your certificates: Example: The Hon. T. J.
McCall, J.P. Nevada.
The option to remove the phrase "According to the Ordinance of
God" is also available. Please indicate your preference in
this box as well.
If no preference is indicated, then the certificates will contain this
phrase.

Finally, when you have
finished, click on the Add/View Cart button below to add this to your
shopping cart. Please note that personalized certificates are
not returnable or refundable. If we make an error, we will
replace them at no charge.

For the personalization services, a
first order minimum of 3 styles are required.
Subsequent orders have only a six
certificate minimum with no additional charge for the personalization
of Name, Title, and State. Only the 8x10's are personalized.
Any other sizes ordered will be shipped as shown, with no
personalization, but will count as part of your minimum order.
You are not required to order only the 8x10's to meet your minimum of
18 certificates to qualify for the personalization set up.
